Terri Hatcher plays the woman they are trying to figure out if she has implants. I've never understood the episode because she has small breasts. They're smaller than Elaine's but they compare her to Jayne Mansfield at one point. I don't get it. It's a great episode but why didn't they get someone bustier to play the role?
