- Starts off by remembering Monte Kiffin. "Lane coaches because of his dad." Napier mentioned that he chose the profession because of his dad. He also mentioned that he reached out to Lane.
- He's talking about Florida's overall athletic program, leadership and grades. Brother.
- "The SEC brand is stronger than its ever been before -- 16 strong."
- He said "it just means more" in regards to the SEC.
- His team has worked hard in the offseason and has been in the weight room.
- UF has the fourth-highest percentage of returners in the conference. Says that this is the first year UF has had "competitive depth" (year 3, btw)

- Basically said they're going to focus on the work and see where it gets them. Good dodge work

- Him being around his players and coaches gives him confidence. Mentioned that his team needs to learn how to close games consistently.
- Bob Holt asks about the pressure of the schedule
- "College football, more than any other time, has become year by year."
- "It's one week at a time."

- "Any coach that has coached in this league will tell you that you better have your team prepared or you'll get embarrassed."
- Playing a bunch of in-state teams:
- Same answer, again "You've got to be prepared to play every team on your schedule."
- Asked about keeping faith in critical moments
- "Every detail matters, the margin for error is small." Mentioned that their experience in close games the last two years will go a long way for them.
- DJ Lagway question:
- "We were very fortunate to get in the game early and build a relationship with him."
- "He showed up ready to work... it's been an awesome Spring with DJ... DJ has made great progress."
