I'm working on a Sean White story. This didn't fit into that story, but I thought it was worth sharing.
I asked him about Jakell Mitchell.
"We hung out pretty much every day. It was tough. He would come over and he'd sleep in my dorm room because my dorm room was closer to the (practice fields) ... we had 6 a.m. workouts. He'd always be sleeping in my dorm room. I talked to him that night before the party. It was crazy -- getting the call, 1 in the morning that something happened. One of the hardest moments of my life, to be honest. He's on my mind all the time, we think about him all the time."
