I didn’t realize congress could vote by 2/3rds majority to lift the ban. Not that it’d help Trump. It is an interesting argument that Trump could run and should He win congress would have to choose. If they rejected Him… which they would… Who is then president? The VP elect or the 2nd place finisher? Obviously, I think Trump wins this case.
