Been cooking in the kitchen all weekend and I just finished caramelizing 4lbs of onions for my French onion soup and Oh My Goodness my house smells AUsome, best of the whole weekend. I thought I was going to be putting the soup together tonight but my wife whom requested this is having issues with her ms so off to bed with her and I will finish this glorious dish tomorrow. Life is TOUGH guys and girls but we have to keep on grindin, God Bless you all
