Samsung front load washer issue

Anyone ever had issues with spin cycle not working and the washer not draining?

I've cleaned out the trap on the front. I get a humming noise when the pump tries to drain. Thinking the pump or hose has a clog or the pump is bad. Anyone have any advice?
