Gave himself a 2 stroke penalty and cost himself a T-2 at the Tour Championship
The way I understand it, the officials agree with him, but are basically taking him at his word that he grounded his club in the bunker during the 3 round.
He’s still taking home plenty, but he cost himself a few million more because he was certain he grounded.
