Riding moto from Auburn to Miami. Recs?

Next week, I am riding my motorcycle from Auburn to Miami with an overnight stop in St. Augustine to split up the ride. I'm taking HWY 1 down the coast. I know I am going to see the Castillo de San Marco and maybe the Fountain of Youth in St. Augustine, but I'm not sure what else. Are there any "can't miss" things to see or places to eat there?

Also, anyone have any recs for things to see/places to eat along the HWY 1?
