I talk about soft taxes - the cost of regulatory burdens on the consumer, and of course the faithful left dismisses such as nonsense.... and is further evidence why I put no stock in their criticisms....

Well, study shows regulations add $85,000 to the cost of a new house... .how much of that benefits you the consumer?? The past 5 years they've increased by 30% (or nearly 20,000) - do you feel safer/better homes? And I'll save the libs the effort - you think this is nonsense. Duly noted.
