I’m googling this question with little helpful results. My family has a waterfront lot we purchased decades ago that someone is interested in purchasing. I looked up the appraised value from the tax assessment but not much else I’m finding for lot prices. Checking on the realtor websites shows it’s possibly one of maybe 2 waterfront lots on the market within 50 miles right now so I figure the scarcity would affect price. Also, lots of new construction in the area. Any realtors with tips?
