Got some questions bunk:
1. Is there any sentiment or otherwise reason to believe the market in Auburn will soften in the next 6-12 months?
2. Is there any particular neighborhood I should look into (450k budget)
3. I lived in Auburn as a student for quite a while, but is there anything I might not know about being an average citizen of our fine village?
4. How crowded and difficult is it to keep a plane at AUO? I do not want to tie it down outside either, need a hangar or at least a covered spot.
