AD JOHN COHEN
** It was pretty clear as he went through this process that Jordan Szabo was a winner. Has a great track record of playing and coaching in this league. Coached three consecutive championship and part of a staff that won '24 national championship.
** He's known as a great evaluator of talent.
** Talked to his former players about his player development and it was unmatched.
JORDAN SZABO
** Begins by thanking Auburn's admin for opportunity. Excited to be part of the Auburn family. Auburn is a special and magical place.
** Will bring great passion and hard work. Wants to bring championships to Auburn.
** Auburn's tradition and the family stood out to him. He likes Cohen's vision for the athletic program.
** Auburn is a place you can come and it will change your life. What AU provides to student-athletes is second to none.
** The message from everybody at AU was same: Family, winning and graduating student-athletes. The men's golf team had just won SEC Championship when he first visited here.
** Szabo has great standards but doesn't want his players getting too high or too low.
** Has already gotten a couple of commitments. None of current players have left via portal. Says a lot about Auburn.
** I'm pretty sure he said he's already been to Sweden once on a recruiting trip and is going back soon.
** Players are all excited to get to work. Transition might be different at start but should be a good one.
