I need advice. I'm a 21-year military vet. I was always taught to drill until it becomes second nature. I'm the director of an outpatient medical facility. One of the drills we do is an active shooter drill. I told my boss that the drill would happen, but not the staff. OMG, staff lost their minds. Staff have been educated on where to go and what to do in these situations however these however they were triggered today. Am I wrong? I'm trying to protect them.
