He's a big kid in a similar mold to Gatewood but not as thick. He had a strong camp/7v7 showing this summer, and put himself on the radar of bigger schools. He's exploding up teams' boards this season with a HUGE statistical year. His only visible passing attribute right now is elite arm strength, no concept of reading coverages or throwing guys open. He's a terror running with the ball in his hand, and could wind up a very hot commodity once recruiting heats up as the season draws to a close. I would bet whichever team loses out on the JFields series (AU/uga) will be more than willing to add curry to their commit list.
Kentucky is the SEC school paying him the most attention right now, then probably MSU.
I'd also watch out for whichever SEC school makes the first coaching change and needs a recruiting reboot, to come in and make him a priority target.
He might not ever develop those talents and be able to be an SEC caliber starter, but his ceiling is worth gambling on as a second QB in any class.
