As some of you know, my wife was due with our first child later this month, but our child had other plans. Our little girl was born Thursday morning, but had to go to the NICU after being in our room for just a few hours, due to low blood sugar.
Her blood sugar has regulated, but she's had some issues with her heart rate dropping a little lower than normal as well. We're hopeful that we can come home tomorrow. Her issues aren't terribly serious, but it has been hard on Mrs. Tigre and me, not being able to spend as much time bonding with her as we hoped so far.
Regardless, we are incredibly blessed and thankful to have this beautiful little girl. We would appreciate prayers of thanksgiving and for the health of our baby and my wife. TIA.
