JOHN SAMUEL SHENKER
- "Everyone thinks I'm old, but I'm not on the oldest on the team."
- "Anytime you play Alabama, it doesn't the matter for either team. A lot of intensity and passion in this game ... When Cadillac took over, he said we are going to play for Auburn, and that is what we have done."
- On running the ball: "Anytime you can run the football really well, you are going to have success. I think we have the two best backs in the country back there."
- Says a lot of focus is getting the passing game going because that is the best way to get the running game going against Alabama.
- "Probably not. It's more of the mental struggle than anything." - on changing offensive coordinators midway through a season and if a normal fan could realize how hard it is
- On what it would mean to the seniors to win Saturday: "Just for the Auburn fan base, it would do so much. For the seniors, to get us to bowl eligibility and win in a place where we haven't won in a decade or so..."
- On Robby's growth: "He's starting to understand that each week calls for him to be a different guy. He's done very well with that. He's matured so much during the year."
- "They just give you a lot of different looks. They disguise things very well." - on Alabama's defense
COLBY WOODEN
- On confidence going into rivalry game: "We are definitely feeling amped. We know no one gives a chance in hell to win this. We are playing with house money."

- "We are having a helluva ride with him." - on playing for Cadillac
- "I feel like he has been calling more blitzes. He's just letting us play." - on Jeff Schmedding
- "Last year we had a great time. We were able to mix up some pressure. We were able to get home." - on the defense last year in the Iron Bowl
- "It's going to be a good old-fashioned fist fight." - on Saturday
- "It would show that anything is possible. Looking at where we were, no one gave us a shot." - on making a bowl game
- "I'm most proud of how the young guy are stepping up for the seniors. They know it is the seniors last time in the Iron Bowl or in Jordan-Hare." - on what he has been most proud of last few weeks
DERICK HALL
- "I would do it a thousand times over." - on vouching for Cadillac "He means a lot to me ... We are brothers, bonded by Auburn for one."
- On creating havoc: "Huge. They have a prolific offense. They have a good running back. Good wide receivers. Heisman Trophy winner in Bryce Young at quarterback."
- On playing with house money: "Lay it all on the line. If we win, we win. Just give it all for Auburn."
- "We just came out and played dominant defense." - on what changed in the second half
- "Dressing, for sure." - on if it is dressing or stuffing
- "It's huge. Coming off a game like that where you feel like you let it slip away." - on what a win would mean
ROBBY ASHFORD
- "I just woke up today and was like, 'It's Iron Bowl week.' You don't look past other games but this game is special."
- On last three weeks: "Just with the coaching change, everything has been different. It's kind of helped us bring life back. I think Auburn was in a dark place."
- "I don't care about stats as long as it is a W in the win column."
- On having a lot of Bama fans in family: "My brother-in-law played at Alabama. Just a competitive rivalry within the family. Brother-in-law has been talking smack, as he should. It's just good to see how much this game brings our family along."

- Says the 2010 Iron Bowl is his favorite. "It felt like a movie almost."
