We are set to speak with Marcus Harris and Anders Carlson here in just a bit. Follow along for all your updates:

Marcus Harris

- On depth at defensive line: They have improved tremendously. Jayson Jones has stepped up. Marquis Robinson is back and surprised a little bit. He's hungry.

- Needs to improve on pass rushing and getting to the quarterback. Wasn't happy on how he harassed the quarterback last season.

- Adjusting to a bigger guy: Just knowing how to run with the weight. Says he's been conditioning a lot. He can take on double teams a bit longer.

- On defending Robby Ashford: "He can find the smallest crease and get through it."

- On Calzada: "He can always find a way to throw the ball away and avoid the sack."

- On TJ: "He's getting the ball out more quickly." He's also improved on getting out of the pocket.

- On defensive identity: "We just got to keep on improving it. Got to keep improving on communication. Our identity is basically discipline and being tough."

- On Jeremiah Wright: "We are going at it pretty good. That's one of my best friends." Said Wright loved the move back to offensive line. "We could always tell he loved the offensive line."

- On who is leading the way on the defensive line: "Derick Hall, Colby Wooden and me, of course. I have stepped up my role (as a leader)." Said last year he was afraid of saying something last year but now he can provide vocal leadership.

- "It's been great. We will come and get in extra work." - On working with Colby Wooden. He's better in the pass rush, while Harris thinks he is better in the run.

- Says being at Auburn is a dream come true. Sometimes it feels like a dream sitting in the seats (in the team room.)

- On going against Tate Johnson: "He's more of a quick guy. He will get his hands on you quick."

- Brandon Council: "He has more weight on him." Jalil Irvin is a combination of both.

Anders Carlson

- On offseason: "It was a long progression. The first few months were tough and hard. Knee feels extremely strong. Will continue to wear brace just for safety."

- Doctors said a knee will come back stronger and tighter, but it was better on his left (his plant leg).

- It took some time to get some trust back in the knee.

- Says he wouldn't take his brother in fantasy. Just love to watch his brother, Daniel, play. If Daniel does miss, Anders doesn't want it to cost him on his fantasy team.

- On being married: "It's awesome." On being an uncle, he loves being the crazy uncle when he gets the chance.

- On decision to come back: "After a few weeks, I started to think of what was best for me. It was a clear option. I have bought into what Harsin has done here and we had a good group coming back."

- College goes by fast, but he does feel like the old guy here.

- On Alex: "A load of talent. Athletic kicker. Our kicking styles are different. His talent is through the roof." Compares McPherson to Justin Tucker.

- Says transition was a lot smoother thanks to having his brother there.

- On Oscar Chapman: "He's one of the best punters in the nation, if not the best." Said he latched onto his teammates when he got here being so far away from home. Carlson jokes Oscar has a car now so he can drive around.

That's it for Anders Carlson.

We do not have any practice viewing today or Thursday but will have plenty of stories coming up.
