Just finished up Butch Thompson press conference...
** Auburn is going with Sam Dutton in the opener and expecting to face So. RHP Cameron Flukey, who can top out in mid to high 90's with a rising fastball.
** Butch doesn't know starter for Saturday but mentioned Carson Myers, Cade Fisher, Andreas Alvarez and Christian Chatterton as possibilities.
** Eric Guevara will probably not be able to start at 3B during Super Regional, but Butch said he'd likely keep him on the roster for a "Kirk Gibson moment." Guevara did take batting practice today.
** Cade Belyeu has been unable to go back-to-back games due to injury but is doing better this week and could be an important LH bat against Coastal.
