Oregon Ducks star Kayvon Thibodeaux is getting in on the NIL wave across college sports.
I am a little late to this story, but I thought the one explicit rule was you can’t sign NIL deals from boosters. There is no more public and visible booster than Phil Knight for Oregon and he signs an NIL deal with their best player? Not that we needed more evidence that the NCAA has completely lost control, but does this further open the gates for straight up pay for play deals?
