because he may not be the most likeable guy in the world. However, anyone who doubts his ability to lead a team is simply wrong IMO. We are light years ahead of where we were 2 years ago. We are competing with teams we NEVER would have competed with in previous years. Are we too aggressive at times? Absolutely. We will make adjustments. We are still behind the league in terms of talent, but that's to be expected.
We caught Alabama at the worst time. Am I justifying a sweep? No. Having our best player out for the last month or so and still putting ourselves in position for a regional is remarkable. Sonny's future is going to come down to recruiting, not coaching. If we can put ourselves on par with the league in terms of talent then we will compete.
