I know it’s fun to point out an “anti-Auburn” bias among many of the college football pundits. But for me, I am somewhat surprised at the overwhelming amount of hypocrisy of promoting certain players this year who were in a similar situation to Thorne.
This post isn’t a Thorne of Heisman post. But I don’t see how college football pundits discount his experience and ability to develop under Rev Hew Freeze.
If Auburn fails to win 8 games in year one with the improved roster it’s a complete failure. This is at worst an 8 win team.
