Parking Panda -- do I need a code to have a chance for a place to park?

Hey Guys,

This is my first time with Parking Panda -- I know "officially" it does not open until 9:00 tomorrow morning but when I access the site now it is asking for a code.

Would appreciate any of you experienced folks to provide some guidance
