Started watching a new series on Hulu that I thought some of you crime show and true crime buffs would like.
It’s called Under the Bridge. It’s based on a true story about a group of mostly female wild teenagers and their friends who beat the crap out of this social outcast who thinks they’ve invited her to a party. She survives the beat down but is found dead a few days later.
It’s told by a writer who returns to the town and gets caught up in the murder and investigation. It’s got that Mayer of Easttown feel to it. Two episodes are released so far. There’s also a book by the same name.
