Looking to grab some science fiction books for myself for Christmas and maybe some decent tie-ins from other forms of media. Short list right now is Isaac Asimov’s Foundation and Frank Herbert’s Dune series, although admittedly I don’t know much about either other than the recent Denis Villeneuve Dune movies. Has anybody read the any of the books from the aforementioned book series or have any other recommendations? Trying to keep an open mind.
