I know there was a thread similar to this last month or so but I am moving to Auburn with my wife and three toddler age kids and have no idea what neighborhoods I should be looking at. Any advice is appreciated from where traffic is the worst to where new builds may be happening.
We are looking in the 800k-1.2m price range and want to be in the good public schools but still relatively close to EAMC where I’ll be working. I imagine we get a membership at Moore’s Mill unless there is a better private golf course membership in town. My wife loves the neighborhood feel whereas I’m much more comfortable on a few acres. Either would probably work. Anyone able to nudge me in the right direction?
