Got a cash offer on my mom’s house. Potential buyer says he’ll waive appraisal.
The offer is a little lower than I’d like (obviously) … but is the cash plus no appraisal worth something as far as assessing the offer from an overall perspective?
ADD: Would be an “as-is” sale. No inspection. No potential for pre-sale repairs.
