OT: New Car/Truck purchase recently?

We are aware of the shortages with car inventory and resulting price increases. I REALLY need a new truck but I'm just not willing to pay inflated prices. Example, Bentley GMC in Boaz is a high volume dealer. Prices on their 1500s are 8-12k more this year than last. Used trucks (<3 yrs. old) are retailing for more than they did when new. That being said, has anyone bought a new vehicle where the dealer came off the advertised price very much. TIA
