Am panicking that I might have kidney damage/don’t know what I should do other than drink more water.
Early last week I had fever that lasted all day without flu/cold or any other illness symptoms. Last Friday at work I had trouble taking a leak, it was painful and I had to stand at toilet for a while bc I was peeing some and then would have to wait at 2 or 3 min intervals before it would get going again. Didn’t think of it until I noticed I my pee was foamy tonight at dinner. Although I took a leak when I got home and it was clear and fine and outside of those incidents it’s been seemingly normal. Also joints were kinda sore this morning for seemingly no reason which is pretty unusual as I am only 24.
Only asking on bunk bc I don’t have my PCP’s cell number/know any other doctors and I don’t want to go to ER unless I’m fixing to croak.
