Picked up a 2024 Mazda CX-50 turbo premium plus with 8k miles on it from dealer yesterday for my wife to replace her 2019 BMW X3. All things considered was a much smoother process than I expected and I was able to negotiate several things down. New example of the CX-50 at this trim level goes for $45k and we paid $35k for it.
Love the car so far, feels like a legitimately premium vehicle and drives amazing compared to most other SUVs in the segment. Having a car payment is gonna suck but so would shelling out $3 or $4k every other month to fix things on the bimmer as it continued to fall apart.
First real big purchase in my life and I think it was a good one. If anybody with prior experience owning Mazdas has any advice for maintenance/mechanical issues to keep an eye out for moving forward please let me know.
