Son's got an apartment lease in B-Ham that expires in about 2 months. Plans to buy a starter home - maybe something he can fix up a bit and sell or rent down the road.
Looking to spend mid 200 k maybe low 300's depending on potential return on investment.
Wants it to be in a decent neighborhood where resale and safety won't be a concern. I'm not familiar with B-Ham so I have no idea what areas that limits him to.
