Planted a couple habanero plants this spring to go with my jalapeno plants and apparently Fairhope has the perfect soil/rainfall/sun combo for habaneros because my plants are producing like crazy right now. Anyway, I gave a bunch away to some neighbors and did some stuffed habs with my stuffed jalapenos this weekend. Still had 12-15 peppers left over so I did my first attempt at hot sauce to can and use on wings, etc. Ended up with a good sauce but feel like I can do better. Any other hot sauce aficionados on here that can give me some tips or recipes? Here's a couple pics of my first attempt going into the blender and the final product.
