OT: EA NCAA Football game?

With the O'Bannon lawsuit thrown out and the union suit thrown out, any chance EA will resume making NCAA Football again? Or was it more of a case that the NCAA wanted too much money from EA to make the game? Can't remember which issue put a stop to the game.
