If you are willing to share and willing to help others who are silently suffering I encourage you to do everything thing you can to help. If you need someone to talk to and listen hit me up and I’m willing to help and do what I can for you.
I believe the darkest period of my life were these last 5 years, I was stuck in a job that I hated but it was a paycheck. Terrible bosses, toxic work environment, toxic people, doing everything I could to get out of the situation but I just couldn’t get out of it fast enough. There were days I just wish a 18 wheeler would just hit me or run me off the road, or thinking about just turning 80mph into the concrete divider down the interstate.
Then had a company that took a chance on me but I still didn’t enjoy the work, but it was definitely a better paycheck, benefits and opportunity.
Then the most amazing woman in my life was taken from me very fast this past November. My mother was the most amazing woman.
All this put me in a dark spot and I was deep down in the darkness. There were nights where I set at the edge of my bed, sometimes with one of my firearms in my hand contemplating decisions.
Luckily I have some people amazing people in my life such as family , friends, people here on the bunker, my church family, and others that saw something was wrong and decided to help me. T
Through prayer, counseling, medication, and help from those above I have come out on the other side. There is light even when you are deep down in the darkness.
All I’m saying is if you see someone suffering do everything you can to help them even if they aren’t receptive of it at first. Let them know you care and that they have others to help. If you are in that deep spot be receptive of help people are giving no matter how bad it is. And pray, prayer heals all.
Thank you for those who have helped me through these deep and dark times:
