I'm new to creatine in general and curious about the start of the product.
I've been doing just the C4 prior to workouts, however, it's only got 1-2grams of creatine per serving and from what I understood that was not enough to really do anything. Anyway, based on the bottle of creatine itself, it recommends using with the C4 product but also "loading" for the first 5 days with 4 servings.
Just to be clear, wanted to confirm that I should put 4 scoops of creatine in my c4 pre workout drink each day for the next week? and then 1-2 scoops per day afterwards? (The loading just sounds like an awful lot... can I expect any side affects?)
