Looking at switching over to a reel from a rotary mower and wanted some thoughts. Been looking at Tru Cuts because of the ability to change the HOC really easily and the reel and drive throttles operating independently. But I really think I’m going to want to eventually end up with a Toro Greensmaster. Just not sure if it’s worth going to a Greensmaster yet since I still have a bit of leveling to do to make the Greensmaster more effective.
And there are parts of my yard that I cut at a higher level because of access, which is why I’ve been leaning towards the Tru Cut.
Also, anybody know a good place to find used models? Facebook marketplace seems to be about the only option I’ve found, and there’s almost no one in my area (Auburn) that uses them or is selling them.
