One reason we might be losing OL recruits

we rarely play young guys until forced to especially at OT+ lack of development/proof of concept

each year instead of developing freshman/sophomore we go get a porral recruit with 1-2 years left or a juco guy. that doesnt help when recruiting elite talent

might be time to find a coach with a different philosophy….
