As reported by @Neal McCready on Rebel Grove, Ole Miss is potentially adding former Alabama TE Coach Joe Cox to its staff.

Why is that intriguing? Well Ole Miss recently promoted an off the field staff member, Kevin Bolden, to an on the field coaching position, and thus doesn’t have any present openings to its coaching staff. Bolden is a former College WR at Southern Miss who has coached WRs at lower levels in the college game, Derrick Nix coaches WRs at Ole Miss. Given that Kiffin is still going at Freeze on Twitter/X and is trying to provoke a response, combined with this news about Cox, consider me intrigued.

This is purely just a read (and an admittedly thin one at that) but maybe Cox is a back fill for Nix and Bolden will coach WRs in Oxford. Maybe I’m reading to much into this, that said I am intrigued by this coincidence.
