CAVEAT 1: While I’ve been critical of Freeze NO ONE can question his absolutely incredible recruiting results. If this continues and we don’t lose young studs in the port-whole surely well begin seeing Ws on the field
Caveat 2: As an oulde I just can’t remember any AU coach that’s blamed players, assistant coaches, etc PUBLICLY as much as freeze has done. Keep that sh*t inside the locker room
AU top 10 highlights thru 19 games:
1). Little Nicky retires
2) turds don’t win 2023 NC
3) ugags don’t win 2023 NC
4) Vandy beats turds
5) sunbelt Billy implosion
6) free shoes missing 2023 playoffs
7) free shoes implosion in 2024
8) beating turds for 59 1/2 minutes in IB
9) firing the DC that lost the IB
10) Dabo NOT winning 10 games in 2023
That’s it bunk. No meaningful AU Ws in the last 19 games but we’ve taken great joy from all of the above. With patience and continued recruiting excellence our future appears bright
