NY Proposition 1 is an interesting one in that it was supposed to enshrine abortion rights into the NY constitution. But they added gender equality to it and thus also enshrined that a biological male that wants to be a female can now compete on any team.
I am guessing this will end up in a lot of lawsuits in NY. And how sad it is for those females who will lose their place on a team because a male took it. Even once is sad but it will get worse now for sure.
