Members of the board should approach Tubberville about being the interim head coach, without Jacobs knowledge, if he agree then terminate Gus. Tell Tubbs he will be given every consideration for the AD position. This will give Jacobs the opportunity to " retire" at the end of the season or be fired. At least the coordinators will be allowed to do their jobs, if we don't make the changes as soon as possible the season is over and we become the laughing stock of the SEC. With the talent we have there's no excuse for what happened yesterday. Given the above Tubbs would be in a position to evaluate the assistants as well as find us a coach.
