I just absolutely cannot see it with Auburn.
If it’s proximity to home and SEC clout, then he could be Alabama’s 2025 QB commit right now. Failing that, he should be on his way to Oxford and Ole Miss.
Auburn is an absolute distant third out of SEC options Deuce had as of a couple of months ago, and remains a distant second to Ole Miss right now.
Also, Hugh Freeze’s previous crash and burn happened right there in front of his family’s very eyes in Mississippi at Ole Miss.
How someone (especially parents) could look at Hugh Freeze and Coach Freeman and say, yeah, let’s go with Freeze…
