North Atlanta folks, who is your ISP?

I have ATT dsl, uverse is unavailable. The service is awful. And their customer service and Tech support risks that of AOL.
I saw the conversation the other day about data caps from Comcast. I don't really want to go back to Comcast if I can help it. What other options are out there?
