When analyzing the fair market value for a deal, will they take into account “who” the player is? For instance…Arch Manning and Jackson Arnold are both starting QBs on the SEC. I think we can all agree that Arch Manning’s name brings way more value to any marketing campaign than Jackson Arnold right now. Could Arch Manning potentially have a higher ceiling on what could be approved for him on an exact same marketing campaign as Jackson Arnold?

I think the answer would be no…and Id therefore be anticipating antitrust lawsuits from day 1 if so.
