Although the numbers were surprisingly strong for Ciattarelli, I wouldn't be touting this as a huge positive for the right. It's more of a missed opportunity for the Republican party. It appears they didn't put much stock in his chances to win and never put a lot of time or money into the race. A little push and they could've won it. Poor leadership IYAM.
