A good buddy of mine lost his youngest sister to a rare cancer two years ago. His other sister took her two kids in to raise. She now has a different type of rare cancer. Her dog that keeps her company now has IVDD and needs surgery. She’s beyond strapped for cash. I wanted to see if this procedure could be donated by the school or I can raise the money if needed. Just wanted to try the surgery donation route first. Thanks
