So, for those of you who read my post about my neighbor a few days ago (who I rudely called "Barf," turns out the guy is a great guy) and he did not dump his trash in my yard. I went over and told him straight up that his aggression would not stand. He offered me a glass of Bailey's, which I accepted, and he explained that about 8 of our neighbors had trash dumped in their yard in the last week. He knew because he filed a police report. We essentially have a trash bandit, who has been identified as an "overweight, pink skinned 10-12 year old caucasian male." So this kid has been going around dumping neighbor's trash in each others' yards. Pretty smart tactic, because it makes the neighbors mad at each other. How do I catch him? Any advice welcome.
