Want to take a vacation to the Caribbean from New Year’s to around January 7 or 8th with my gf. Would prefer all inclusive, but our biggest priorities are crystal clear waters and all inclusive. I have a lot of Hilton honors points saved up, but only probably for at night or two at an expensive resort. Hilton is not a deal breaker. Don’t want to break the bank, obviously, but I am also willing to pay a lot of monies to have an awesome experience. I am also open to Mexico options if anyone can suggest some safe options with crystal clear waters that would fit the bill and keep us from being beheaded. That is the biggest want, along with the all inclusive. Would love some suggestions. Thanks in advance…
