Need a long water line run in Birmingham area

I need a 2,000' water line run from the street meter to my house up a 60' hill. Does anyone know someone in the Birmingham area who has had this done or has done this before?

I've talked to plumbers and builders, and they have best guesses, but I'd like to speak with someone who has experience.
