- They're going to a four-quarter format. Each quarter will last 10 minutes.
- Teams will hit the bonus after the fifth foul (per quarter).
- During the final 59.9 seconds of final quarter or OT, the offensive team receives a free advancement to the 28-foot mark (ie near the bench). That's a riff off the NBA, which allows some of that stuff.
- Some exceptions to the 10-second backcourt rule.
- Post defenders may use an open hand with a bent elbow or a forearm to the back of an offensive player who has her back to the basket.
