Have they caught this guy yet? I heard a radio blurb this morning that he was still armed and dangerous and on the lam. Sad thing is that he was arrested for armed robbery just four months ago in Decatur and charged with a class A felony with a $200K bond. Is there anything people can do nowadays that is bad enough to actually keep them locked up?
